Schools, Colleges, Universities, Registered Charities, Religious groups and Support Groups or Personal Use
(If you are a commercial organisation you must purchase the commercial license).
Although we don't charge for the films themselves, we do have a nominal charge for the use of this download service.
This service enables access to all the films in the download area. This is a lifetime license which does not expire.
Each film downloaded via this service is granted a free use license for non commercial use. The films are available in either windows media (wmv) or quicktime (m4v) formats. The license is non-transferable.
You can copy and/or burn the films to a DVD/CD provided you have appropriate software to do so. The license covers one location only. If you are a multi-site organisation, you need a license for each location. You are not permitted to broadcast them on the Internet or post them to a blog or website. If you wish to place them on blog or within a website please see the relevant page for information.
If you wish to download and use the films as part of a commercial venture, you or your organisation must purchase the commercial life-time license to do so.
You are not permitted to resell, sub license or transfer, edit or modify the films in any way, or broadcast via any TV/Satellite/Cable or Internet service.
Downloading a film through this service grants you a permitted use license number by return email which you should keep as proof of download along with your order number.
** Please note, when you place your order select 'Download Service' as your delivery option, there is no physical delivery associated with this item. You will receive your license number by return email together with your download link, once your payment has been processed and the location of the downloads.
*** For purposes of verification we record the IP address of your computer each time you make a download.
You are free to download the films at anytime. You can begin using them under these license terms once you receive your license number via email. As this service is deployed immediately you download a film we do not provide any refunds for this service.
